The Remington of Corsicana
The Remington, owned by Glen and Dawn Stewart, was built to host large events such as: Weddings, Class Reunions, and Fundraising events. Once it was up and running, we quickly realized that The Remington had great potential to be a part of the historical down town Corsicana active night life. We are happy to announce the dedication we have to bring live music, a variety of shows, and other actives. The Watermelon Festival was the first large community event The Remington had hosted; with over a thousand visitors this was the first of many, with the Hottern' Hell steak cook off to be held Aug. 13th 2011.
Brick Street BBQ
Brick Street BBQ, later added to the Remington of Corsicana, is ran by owner, Barry Bancroft, and is where the best BBQ in down town Corsicana is served. Our briskets are cooked to perfection right over the pit, smoked chicken that melts in your mouth, sizzling sausage with that perfect amount of spice, and our very own recipe rub for our Ribs that fall off the bone.
